POSYatra supports all major Indian payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit/credit cards, net banking, cash, and digital wallets. You can also split a single bill's payment across methods — for example part UPI and part cash. Card payment requires a physical terminal from your bank or payment gateway partner.

Yes! The Growth and Pro plans include fully customizable bill templates. You can add your logo, customize colors, choose bill size (thermal 80mm, A5, or A4), add custom footer messages, and include your social media handles. Multiple templates can be saved for different outlets or occasions.

Yes! You can apply item-level and bill-level discounts (percentage or fixed amount), and mark individual items or a whole bill as complimentary. Manager authorization can be required for discounts above a threshold you configure, and every discount is tracked in reports for complete accountability.

Yes! We offer free data migration assistance for all new customers. You can import your menu/products via Excel template, and our team helps migrate customer data, inventory, and historical transactions from your previous software.
