By using POS Yatra’s software, services, or hardware, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. These terms govern your use of our platform and services.

2. Definitions

• “User” refers to any business, individual, or entity using POS Yatra’s services.
• “Services” include POS software, billing solutions, inventory, CRM, and any additional modules offered.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business details during registration.
• You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Services may be provided on a subscription basis. Fees are to be paid in advance unless otherwise specified.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Data & Privacy

• All business and customer data entered into POS Yatra remain the property of the user.
• The company may process data for analytics and service improvements in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Hardware & Third-Party Integrations

• Any hardware purchased through POS Yatra will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• POS Yatra is not liable for third-party service disruptions or hardware failures beyond its control.

7. Limitations of Liability

• POS Yatra will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• The company’s total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice.
• In case of violation of these terms, POS Yatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Amendments

POS Yatra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
